This hat, modeled by the lovely Autumn, is up for grabs!! Elvis bought me a crimson version for Christmas--and I LOVE it. It may or may not be on my head as I'm typing (Hey it is single digits outside!). From the moment I first met Alicia and Jakob I knew that they were going to be favorites. I wasn't wrong! I am going to have the privilege of capturing the birth of their son for them, and I am super excited and honored. But before little baby son arrives I got to have so much fun doing maternity portraits with them. We definitely had an adventure--climbing on and over logs, riding down a creek bed to an amazing location only accessible by atv, and exploring the beautiful wilderness on their property. The weather couldn't have been more perfect, hope you enjoy the results!

Ryan and Ashley are simply a joy to be around. From my first encounters with them at our Starbucks consult to watching them together at their engagement session, it was clear that they were head over heels in love. And not just as people in love, but as best friends. Best friends who bonded over Harry Potter and music. Best friends who share everything from a furbaby to the same sweet spirit. Best friends who became husband and wife surrounded by joyful family, spiritual mentors, and friends. I was blessed to just be there and try to capture it for them. This is only the story of one day in their lives, a monumental one displaying their love, but the first of thousands more to come.

Ryan and Ashley, thank you for allowing me to capture your day. Your love and honest transparency throughout the day shows through the images. So many of them tugged at my heartstrings in a way no other wedding's images have. God's blessings on you both!

Valerie and David's session was absolutely perfect in every way. They were both so perfectly at ease with each other and so joyful over their sweet daughter's arrival. Valerie had to be the most radiantly beautiful mama to be that I have ever seen. I can't wait to capture their home birth in just a few weeks!
