Abby | Cabot, Arkansas Senior Portrait Photographer

From the moment Abby and I started chatting about what she envisioned for her senior session I knew that I would have a blast and that her portraits would be some of my favorite senior photos ever. I wasn't wrong! Abby is a native California girl whose personality is about as sunny as LA's climate. Abby, I hope your first year back in Cali is amazingly blessed! Thanks for being such a trouper and braving wasps and other creepy crawlies for several of these shots! It was definitely worth it!

Lacey + Blayne | Dallas, TX Wedding Photographer

I have literally known Blayne and his twin, Paul, for my entire life. They were born 20 days before me (something they never let me forget) and we grew up in the same church nursery, Sunday school, and youth group. Lacey began coming to our church's AWANA club in elementary grades and was a member of the youth group all throughout high school. Somewhere in there Blayne asked Lacey on her first date--which was awkward according to Paul's exclusive commentary given in his best man's speech. As it turned out that seed blossomed into full blown love, years later. Lacey and Blayne are absolutely perfect for each other, one of those couples where it seems absolutely fitting that they be together. And they began as childhood friends--which makes their relationship all the sweeter! I just love them both! They were married March 7, 2015 at Central Christian Church in Dallas, TX--which happens to be one of the oldest church buildings in Dallas! It was such an awesome building with tons of character and detail, which complimented their classic theme perfectly. Lacey and Blayne thank you so much for allowing me the honor of capturing your wedding day! It was exquisite and lovely in every way!

Special thanks to my amazing friend Allix Ruby, who shot alongside me that day and provided a lot of awesome video footage and some great still shots featured in this post!

Leana + Brian | Mckinney, TX Wedding Photographer

Leana and Brian's wedding day at the Mckinney Cotton Mill was a dream. It was one of those weddings that was so well planned that it not only went off without a hitch, it allowed me to fully focus on capturing the day from the moment I first arrived. Every detail was perfect (I mean, baby bundt cakes? How precious is that?), but besides all the fantastic tidbits the overarching theme was their love for each other. Leana and Brian it was such an honor for me to witness and capture your day, and stand by as you took your vows to serve each other as husband and wife. Watching you both throughout the day convinced me not only that your love was authentic, but that it was grounded in Christ, making it really true. Your day was so perfect, thank you again for the opportunity you gave me to document it for you both and your families. Many blessings and congratulations to you both, Mr. and Mrs. Dusek!

Huge thank you to my amazing second shooter, Rachel Greene for capturing so many great images throughout the day, and particularly for several of the first look photos used in this post!
